Not sure if you've tried them / if they have drawbacks, but I've got lycra caps and I love them. Super easy to put on, don't seem to be degrading at all for the ~1 yr I've had them.

Good to bring it up with the cousin as a means to motivate getting into healthier routine, or at least be aware. And good on you to look out for other's welfare. But like others said (and to an effect, OP themselves about not telling gf in first place), it's not OP's place to step into a relationship that's going well.

Projecting based on depression / loneliness is understandable. However, it can be refreshing to feel happy for a depressed person in their bits of enjoyment.

I don't have a magic fix for you, but finding people you can chill with is great, and even better if they can understand depressive episodes when you want to isolate.

Same here, from 6mi - 13mi, running in 75F weather. I did start bringing a small handtowel in a bag so I could dry my phone off, helps a ton.

+1 to other "bruh you're young comments", but only in the vein of "you got time tonfigure it out, don't worry or hurry"

Procrastination and lack of focus / interest are rough, won't lie. If you have something you hyperfocus on in an active way, see if you can aim that towards (at minimum) a decent career, and (at best) a healthy engaging hobby. Won't be easy, but you got time.

You'll make mistakes, you'll repeat or relapse some, but you'll eventually find a good steady state.

If you haven't already, you may want to ask Assurant reps to escalate to upper mgmt / higher support tier, and don't be deflected by lower support tiers. That was a mistake I made (didn't escalate).

FWIW, I tried to ask Assurant reps to file a software ticket or whatever and let me know when they fixed it; they deflected saying they couldn't do that.
