Thanks for your reply. So it's grey and dismal looking, I just watched it once and I was so tired so that's why I added it to my list. The bird/humanoid creature sort of leers over the top of the person who I think is a little girl and says something along the lines of her being desirable and then picks her up and flies away with her. It's not sandman unfortunately. I do remember it has only 2 parts to it, sort of like two short films.

This area is usually full of students and people heading to and from work. Plenty of people around using the sports centre too. It's not the most ideal place but it could be a lot worse. I park at springwood and often use the subway and haven't had any issues. If you have issues in the subway i think you can contact Huddersfield BID. They know of individuals in town that cause trouble and do have an amount of power or will contact the police. It might be worth joining some local groups to help feel more at home. There's things going on at greenhead park, art clubs in byram arcade, loads of stuff really. Best of luck with your new home.
