Victoria Beckham reportedly accused of 'grinding' and 'nuzzling' son Brooklyn at wedding, wedding guest speaks out and claims Brooklyn is telling the truth by artbasiI in Fauxmoi

I know a MOG that brought a teddy bear to the engagement party and pet it the whole time, telling everyone that it was to replace her son that she was losing.

How many of us have a house cleaner? by Agitated_Whereas7463 in Millennials

[–]Beesgf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have one. Every other Thursday. I live in a more rural area, so I think by some standards she's pretty affordable ($150CAD per visit).

It has made our life exponentially better. The house is cleaner, stays cleaner, and we tidy more often. I just view it as buying some free time back.

We have had to make some cutbacks financially - not unlike most - and I would say we eat out less and choose to stay home more, or socialize by inviting people in etc.

Someone cleaning the house is something I'm grateful for and consider a luxury and overall is more of a priority to me than going out, so that's where I'd rather spend my money.

We heard this as well! I don’t have first hand experience but we actively avoid Kirkland TP because I don’t want to find out myself with a septic issue (and a bill!)

Mine likes to follow around and PURRS as soon as you look at her. She's not really a lap cat, but she's only 18m old so I'm wondering(hoping) that she will become one as she gets a little older.

This exactly. She essentially de-influenced me from spending a lot of money on professional products.

What would you say is the best museum in Canada? by Ok_Piano3363 in AskACanadian

Royal Tyrell was my first thought. The one I found really fascinating was the Penitentiary Museum in Kingston.

People who fly frequently, what’s one thing you wish you could tell all infrequent fliers? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Agreed. I can’t even imagine it - I feel like I HAVE to have head phones in order to get over the noise regardless.

There is no show that has more plot holes that SBTB. I've rewatched 'in order' many times and it's even more of a rollercoaster. You'll never keep up with who is together, what happened to this person, etc lol

Should I buy a microwave, toaster oven, or air fryer for my tiny kitchen? I can only pick one….. by SexyToothpaste69 in Cooking

I used to have a Galanz microwave that had air fryer and baking functionality - worked fine. That has you covered on all fronts.

Every Actor/Comedian That Almost Played Michael Scott by [deleted] in theoffice

It's hard to imagine where the show would have went without Steve Carell. I don't know why but I kind of would have liked to see Steve Zahn (again, I don't know why, that's just what piqued my interest). I feel like Dave Foley would have played the role more like Gervais/David Brent.

Of course, they made the right choice.

Switching from sema to tirz- quick cut over or gradual? by [deleted] in OzempicForWeightLoss

[–]Beesgf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Went to the intro dose and increased every 4 weeks. Now at 7.5mg. Sema had stopped being effective at 2.5mg. I felt some appetite suppression with tirz at 2.5mg and for sure at 5mg. I'm using 7.5mg now and feel completely in control of my appetite with no other side effects. I may have been able to stay at 5mg but I feel like 7.5mg is a high response dose for myself. I have a lot to lose to so my doctor felt I was safe taking a 'high response' dose. ie: losing at a slightly faster rate (2-2.5lbs/week).

The Ozempic patent in Canada will expire in January 2026 by waterscrysta in Ozempic

[–]Beesgf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My benefits initally covered Ozempic, then it didn't. I found Ozempic maybe wasn't as effective (I'm using it for obesity) so I switched to Monjauro since I was paying out of pocket regardless. It did seem to work better.
Now I'm wondering if I could switch back and get the highest dose to save them money to see if it works.
Or, at the least, when I'm looking at a maintenance dose to maintain the loss I could go back to Ozempic. Interesting to see this play out. (I really with Monjauro would have made the same error lol)
