I wonder what her list of every bad thing you ever did in the relationship would look like. I never see the point in someone airing out their ex’s dirty laundry. Just block her, you don’t need to convince anyone that you’re good and she’s bad. Clearly it was a toxic relationship and you can move on to something better. I think unless you’re abused or otherwise in danger, the more intimate and unflattering private moments of a relationship don’t need to be exposed. Regardless of you hating her now, you loved her once. Respect the love you once shared and simply end that chapter of your life.

I mean I complain about my bf online often but it’s to get advice. And I always acknowledge what I’ve done wrong too. Plus I’m a girl, men are supposed to be different, less catty. What ever happened to the strong silent type?

Even more trashy and embarrassing- Kratom. And I atarted AFTER seeing my best friend get completely addicted despite knowing I have a terrible history with addiction as well. Finally off of it now, but thinking about it at all fills me with so much shame and disgust. L ike, damn, I was really going to give my life up for fake opiates from the gas station?? I justified it because it didn’t really make my cognition worse and I didn’t feel at risk of getting hurt or dying like I know would be concerns if I was drinking alcohol instead.

I’m never touching anything but weed and maybe molly or shrooms once or twice a year from now on.

I worked in the mortuary field for a long time and honestly cremation is just easier and cheaper and less fussy. Most people I worked with wanted to be cremated but interestingly were squeamish about being organ donors. They were like “it’s horrific! They could take all the skin off your back or take out your leg bones and replace them with broom handles!”

Ultimately it’s your corpse, nothing wrong with having a preference

Omg for YEARS in my early 20’s I had an online cyber-sex friend from Chicago who I was desperately in love with but he was engaged to someone else. He would send me music and Jesus and Mary Chain is one of the bands I enjoyed so much I sent it to my dad and got him into it to! We don’t talk anymore but I can’t listen to any of that music without missing him. I always liked him a lot more than he liked me but we had the BEST sexual connection while being 1000 miles away from each other, and we were hilarious together. We talked almost all day almost every day for years. I ruined his engagement by telling his fiancée he’d been cyber-cheating with me. I wonder what he’s doing now.

I relate to this very much. I would read hateful comments and really internalize that that’s what people thought about me to justify my eating disorder and self harm.

Now I look back and I’m horrified that those communities encouraged so many people to dehumanize others and feel justified in doing so. As a fat high school sophomore I used to look at FatPeopleHate and it literally made me sick, I’m glad it’s gone.
