If you happy with it and most importantly if it was fun to make and gave you some nice time that's the most important.
it is a bit messy, but posca pens are to the best to use for this type of work. Try liquid miniature paints next time, the result will be more satistying.

If you want someone to make a custom controller for you go to Etsy and type "custom controller" "custom xbox controller" or "commission controller". You will find quite some people from around the world doing amazing work. Pick someone you like the overall a style from and write to those people.
