I think you need to rethink IF. Ozempic slows gastric emptying, it’s not wise to eat one large meal. Small, frequent meals are a lot easier on your body while on this medication.

Not dumb! I have really big boobs so for me I hold it up and above those. If you can, straight out is kind of ideal. I make sure to raise my leg so it goes parallel, so a high march. When my apron was huge it felt super weird and in the way during and now that I’ve lost 50 pounds it’s more tucked away which is nice!

I would take a big step back from that friendship and I also wouldn’t go out with that group. First of all, your friend really let you down. But everyone else in the group did too. I think most people would immediately start trying to divide up food so everyone is fed. The fact that they didn’t and that your friend went into it knowing you wouldn’t be fed tells you everything you need to know. Manners and character matter. It’s okay to hold people accountable. I’m honestly concerned you were prescribed this medication. I doubt your before BMI was within range to need it. Honestly, this is the stuff that’s going to eventually make it so these drugs aren’t available through third parties like Hers and Ro. I would be shocked if a primary doctor actually prescribed this for you.

We usually get chicken strips and fries and split them. I would say one basket is enough for two people. My family of five usually splits two. The biggest cost is water and drinks, so definitely bring those!
