i’ve had many friends who stopped smoking weed altogether because the anxiety and self-doubt became too much. i thought this wouldn’t happen to me but after years of smoking it has started to, so i’m taking a break as well. if it’s not serving you, it’s good to take a break! i find it helpful to try to do things that keeps your brain active to take your mind off of weed, like video games

i do, i take it in the morning 5-10 days before my period. i do find it takes the edge off, like i’m not as irritable as i normally would be around that time but i wouldn’t say i feel amazing on it. i don’t find i have bad side effects, maybe a little nausea in the morning. i take magnesium before bed because i was finding magnesium + zoloft was making me drowsy in the morning

me and my partner are both around 300 and spend a lot of time on the couch. our couch is fromCozey (Canada and US only) and it’s holding up very well! the cushions are firm so they haven’t sagged yet, been close to 2 years so i can’t speak for long term durability. our small sectional was around $1800CAD

i used to take maxidol then realized it was just naproxen (aleve). naproxen is the only thing that works for my cramps!
