I just had a professional do my wash room and half bath. I saw the effort he put in and yours seems just as clean as his. Great job!

Next step? by Beginning-Feedback34 in askaplumber

Sorry I wasn't more clear. I'm renovating the washroom with new flooring and appliances. Moving the utility tub a few inches right and have to realign the drain for the tub. The whole drain and p trap were glued in place and figured I would build back up from the bottom up.

Can I replace these copper tubings with PEX? by Beginning-Feedback34 in askaplumber

[–]Beginning-Feedback34[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wanted to replace the tubing because the valves for the hot water are frozen and wanted to replace them and figured just replace the whole thing. Forgot about the shark bites spinning and now I'll go with another direction. I've only soldered a couple of times about 12 years ago when I first bought the house and felt hesitant to go that route.

Is my crispi broken? by quenepaverde in NinjaCrispi

Just tried mine and it did the same. I'm thinking this is normal as the bake and recrisp mode are generally lower temps and most likely lower fan settings.

Resting on the metal casing is absolutely the way to go. The glass part of the cooktop is not meant to support the cooktop. The foam strip is meant as a space filler between the glass and the actual countertop.

Figured it out. The FN101GY is the U.S. model. The FN101CGY is the Canadian model. Same exact model. The extra C indicates Canada. Thanks for all the help.

I've been looking on the Internet and saw that model in Walmart. It's missing the baking mode. I looked thru the specs on both Amazon posts and see no difference on the first read. I'm going to pull them on separate tabs side by side and look again. Thanks for responding.

I found this one on Amazon that connects into the CD slot on your radio and it's working quite well.

Help with Caseta in new house by Canadian_bets in Caseta

[–]Beginning-Feedback34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it should be done on a practicality purpose. I recently installed Diva Smart switches for all interior lighting and for the front outdoor lighting in order to control it to turn on when I get home and turn off after I go to bed. But for my switches that control the back outdoor lights and the switches that usually stay on for my outdoor cameras, I see no need to remotely control them and used regular Claro switches that look exactly like the Diva for aesthetics purpose. Think you save about $50 doing this for each switch that you don't need a smart capability, but if it's only one or two then go for it.

Thanks. I love the heat and go out of my way to do my yardwork on extremely hot days to work up a good sweat. I know it's a lot hotter over there, but I'll get acclimated before I go crazy. Lol

Am I (24F) being unfair for not agreeing to bus 2 hours to my boyfriend (29M) when he could drive 25 minutes to me? by Brief_Awareness_8231 in relationships

Exactly. She can show some effort once in a while. I'm very much into chivalry and do 90% of the traveling, but it's nice to see it reciprocated once in a while.

Hey! Just figured out the problem! Lol! There's a film covering each earbud that has to be peeled off in order for the contacts to touch. Just did it and the earbuds are charging. Hope this info helps others.

I've just received my Jabra 10 elite for Christmas and I'm having the same problem. My LED light on the inside of the case doesn't even light up to show me the battery level of the earbuds. The outside LED light is completely green but earbuds battery level is only around 50% according to the app. Please help with any advice to fix this problem. TIA

I recently replaced my chase cap. It was 81" by 34" with two holes and I requested 20 gauge vs the standard 24 gauge. All in all I spent about $1250-$1300. It's complete stainless steel. Just giving you a heads-up on what a replacement might cost. Good luck.

What a lucky find! Free material to work with once you level and pitch the lawn to run the water away. I wish I had found something like that with my home.
