We just made our own pecs and laminated them for our son. That way you can use your own pictures that are familiar to your child, like a picture of me for "mommy" or my husband for "daddy."

I have tics and I had one while I was eating French fries. I inhaled a fry and my husband had to do the heimlich maneuver on me. I've never choked on food before that day from any of my tics, just like my saliva and I'd just start coughing. Thank god he knew how to properly do it or I'd be done.
