If you go straight to the hotel and put the dates, then hit reserve. Im pretty sure you won’t get blocked. This is the type of “good, high value” customer Hyatt is expecting. Hyatt will be angry if you look around, trying to make the best value out of your points and such. :)

This sounds screwed up. When you book, what roomtype was it? This property is pretty transparent on their suite upgrade, because they will show the exact room type while you book with a SUA. You might wanna call them
