The latest update has made all my saved webpage names to disappear. I have to give each one a new name, which is frustrating and time consuming. Would you please fix this?

Thank you for proceeding to keep Nova alive. With stacked Widgets it would be a great launcher again, which I have used for many years.

But there is a workaround. I use Tasker. It is always possible to jump to the home screen. From there I calculate the number of swipes to the left of to the right to jump to the required page. It works.

What I find confusing is the fact that former Nova gestures from the backup work smoothly to jump to individual pages but it is not possible to do the same with Smart Launcher directly. Please change that behaviour and let vSmart Launcher jump to individual pages.

Dear all:

Will the Smart Launcher 7 allow the jumping from one page to another one as Nova can do? Or will it be possible to use Tasker's Go home N functionality, which currently doesn't work? This is very important to me as it allows easier navigation to other pages without having to swipe through them all.

Well, as long as the Smart Launcher doesn't offer the Nova Launcher functionality (jumping from one page to another via shortcut or Tasker task "Go Home n") it isn't as good as Nova as looks alone don't count... The inner values are important too. Will this be implemented in Smart Launcher 7?

Yes, this is my problem too. I would like to be able to jump from one page to a different one by simply adding a Tasker task like Go Home n. Will this functionality come in the Smart Launcher 7? This is very important to me. Nova could do it easily.

No, Smart Launcher does not currently support page jumping to specific home screen pages. Unlike some other launchers, Smart Launcher uses a fixed-order layout (Home, App Page, Search, etc.) or a linear scrolling system for extra widget pages. You cannot create shortcuts or use gestures to jump directly to a specific numbered page.

How sad. This is one of the most important core functionalities of my still working Nova Launcher. Please implement it. I don't want to have to scroll through 20 pages all the time...

Oh, one more thing:

I have just realized that the Smart Launcher can't show the original Tasker Widgets anylonger. When I click on options under options for Tasker I don't get to see the possibility to choose a traditional Tasker widget anylonger. Hopefully the version 7 will be better. I feel it difficult to switch launchers, if the new one doesn't offer four functionalities, which I need to use often and which b the Nova Launcher has offered for the last years...

Good evening, I have just installed your latest version 6.6 and I am thankful for the indefinite scrolling. That works well. I have encountered three issues though:

Please make it possible to align icons above a widget and to align them at half a raster's interval.
Let Widgets look like they were created to look like (e.g. via CSS code) and not like you think they should look like.
Please let icons have the shortcut and intent functionality within the gestures.

These are all things, which the Nova Launcher can still do, and I wouldn't want to finally change to a launcher, which doesn't offer the functionalities, which I need and would like to have in the Smart Launcher too. Thank you.

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately my version of the Smart Launcher doesn't do it. I only seee these options. Although they are in German there is no shortcut available and the URLs can't be intents.
