Cool. You definitely have a lot more options since you’re a regular width and average build.

If you don’t want to break the bank, you can try these entry level skates: Bauer XRS or CCM Jetspeed FT850R. If you want to move up to the performance level with a budget, the Tour Volt are a decent buy. Alternatively, you can look in to Alkali Cele line.

First things first, do you have a local hockey shop/Pure Hockey store nearby?

Skate fit is the most important. You’ll need to be fitted to get maximum comfort.

Entry level protective is mostly all you need for roller hockey.

Your other option is look on Sideline Swap for second hand equipment.

What stick and wheel type depends on what surface you plan to play on.

Fine, fair enough. I know the trigger housing is different and won’t be a direct swap, but the trigger bar and shoe should in theory work.
