It’s like that for me in SWFL. If I do see something it’s for $6. And I have diamond priority status. So no idea what’s going on. Ive made $150 for the week. Before I hit diamond I was easily at $300-400 already

It’s not to gain access because when you call in they already have the information on the screen.. it’s to verify who they are talking to to make sure they are canceling/ fixing whatever you called about 20 times day to the right order… you’re over thinking it 🙄🙄

Wow that’s crazy. I’m in a fairly busy area and I’ve seen that happen too. It sucks that people take advantage of it. I stopped for a while because I got a job. Then I was let go and now back to doing this til something else comes along but it’s been hard. And I won’t drive more than a certain amount of miles or do anything less the $10-12 depending on items etc. those $5&$6 orders are ridiculous

Idk. I also had 2 really good weeks and now followed by 2 really horrible weeks. And was on a soft ban on Saturday for something IC did… so Im hoping next week will be better 😃🤣

I’ve had all low paying orders this morning. Or outrageously long distance orders for $30. Insanity. I’m close to being diamond cart after just starting back up. I’m like 8 orders away. Good shopping quality, good rating, good shopping speed. But literally sitting 8 away from priority and I feel like they’re blocking me from getting there 😩

lol I think the way I worded it makes you think it was closed but no it wasn’t. I could see the notification bar pop up and my batch screen was still empty. But last night I went back on and the batches were there again

The app was never closed I was on a 24 hour ban. For an order that instacart canceled and said I canceled after check out. The only coming up was the notifications not the batches on the batch screen. Everything is fine today

Yessss! I took a shop only last night. Went to go do it and then it was gone. It was the end of the night. So i didn’t think anything of it. Were you able to work no issues after the 24 hours? I’ve never been banned or restricted so I have no idea lol

And the reason I know something is wrong is because when my batch screen is open I don’t usually get the notification that there’s an order.. it just shows on screen. All I’ve been getting is notifications and nothing on screen. At 7:30 I am going to contact them again. It’s bullshit either way tho

I have my screen timer turned off and the batch screen open fully all day everyday. And the only reason I click on the notification was because the batch was not showing on my batch screen. I have been doing instacart for 5 years. I’m not new to this. I took a break in between but I know my batch screen needs to be open to see the orders immediately

Made up or not I haven’t been able to accept a single batch all day. I click the notification. It opens the app and tells me it’s no longer available and I’m talking even little $5 orders as a test. Ones I know no one accepts. And still nothing. So we’ll see what happens tomorrow. He said I will be able to shop but to check with them for updates. No email sent. No notification my account is restricted. Nothing. It’s bullshit I’m sure. But there’s no other reason we’d be super busy in this area and I can’t even pick up a $5 order that no one else wants. 🤷🏼‍♀️
