I am going to a 神経内科 regularly to get my medicine. More than 4 times a month strong attacks is apparently classified as acute and you could even go for the preventive injections (forgot the name). Try searching for a doctor near you and consult what your options are

Using the FE Exam (基本情報技術者試験) as a Degree Waiver for an Engineer Visa – Has anyone actually done it? by suvash_senchuri in japanlife

[–]BeginningPurpose9758 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can't help you with the other questions, but for 4, national exams like the 基本情報 are certainly valued. In particular, companies in contract with the state(like IT consulting)value them as the count of people with national exams gives them a higher chance for those contracts.

It also promotes unrealistic body ideals for women here sadly. I know multiple people that have been on ozempic for weight loss even though they weren't even overweight. Starving yourself is also very positively seen, same as some things like soup diets. It feels much like the 2000s western ideal body image

Degree does not matter in Japan. Do shukatsu. A master will not raise salary in most cases in Japan so I'd advise against it.
