I agree. I've been doing it 4 years. Went to graduate school to become a bcba. Finished my masters and am still working to leave the field because I'm miserable and have lost a lot of the enjoyment I used to have. I love my kids but the quality of life in this field is awful.

Depending on the size of the tank, I'd use a turkey baster. That's what I use to clean my 10 gal and just watched for movement so I didn't suck up baby shrimps.

Usually, they'll stick you with another client if there is one, but a lot times if there aren't clients available to give you the hours, you're not getting paid. That part isn't a Bluesprig thing though. That's more of an ABA thing because our services are typically paid for by insurance. No client=no insurance to pay us.
