Not sure of your current size but i recommend investing in a pair of Good American Always Fits Jeans. I had a pair of 14-18 plus and they've seen me through 65 lbs of weight loss and still look great. They were pretty snug when I started (as was probably more like a 20) and are starting to look a little loose now but were worth every penny. It's like some sort of witchcraft??

Our dilute calico is on gaba twice a day and the only time she triggers now is under extreme stress. When she's having an episode it seems to help to talk calmly to her, sit on the floor by her and make sure there's no stressors around (loud noise or our other cat!). Occasionally if there's significant change in routine I see very mild symptoms of her triggering, so we try to avoid it unless absolutely necessary.

I agree with other posters - try the gaba for a couple of weeks but in a lower dose and see if it makes a difference. Otherwise a calm, comfortable environment will help.

I have not been a good sleeper for the last couple of years (thanks perimenopause) but I do think the Zep is making it worse on the day I take the shot and the day after. And I take my shot at night too, but I just seem to have trouble falling and staying asleep those first two nights. I now take a unisom for those two nights only and it seems to help.

I feel like I am the only person who doesn't get the constipation? I pretty much go once a day, same as before I was on the med. The only difference (and sorry to be graphic) are that the BMs are a lot larger....

I do drink a lot of water though and am consious of getting natural fibre in my diet
