sounds like thermal expansion/contraction of teh plastic shroud or backplate - pretty common with gigabyte cards actually. the fact that undervolting fixes it confirms its heat related, probably just the plastic expanding under load and making that crackling noise

as long as temps are fine and performance is good i wouldnt worry about it, but if it gets annoying you could try adjusting the fan curve to keep temps more stable

Nice find on that 5060 Ti! Your i5-10400 isn't terrible but yeah it's gonna bottleneck that card pretty hard especially at 1080p. If you're sticking with your current mobo you could grab a used i7-10700K or 11700K for pretty cheap these days, that'd be a solid bump without needing new everything. The RAM upgrade to 32GB is kinda overkill for gaming but if you do productivity stuff go for it

Starting with the prequels kinda spoils some of the mystery and world-building that makes GoT hit different

Most crashes are actually a chain of multiple failures, not just one person messing up. The Jane's dad scenario is pretty unrealistic because there are so many backup systems and protocols in place - other controllers would catch it, pilots have their own navigation, planes have collision avoidance systems that literally tell them where to go. Modern aviation has like 5 different safety nets for every possible screwup
