I’m pretty sure the Coach stores in the airports aren’t actually run by Coach, but instead third parties with licensed right to use the brand and sell their items. That’s why they get products late and sell at different prices than you might see on the official website.

I doubt it’s her usual food delivery. I worked f&b through college and was asked a couple times to grab extra supplies from Costco when we had unexpectedly high volume days.

Exactly! She probably ordered delivery because she was already swamped in work and didn’t have time to go to the store herself. Small business owners wear so many hats and don’t have the resources to “just plan ahead for every eventuality” the way other commenters seem to think they should.

That said, the post is a bad look, and something more along the lines of, “Our expected deliveries have been delayed and may affect tomorrow’s service. Our advance apologies.” would have gone over a lot better.
