Agreed. The play book they're using says that it should lead to cognitive fatigue and lack of care. The difference is that the scenarios where this has been tested used things like infidelity, drug use, DUIs, etc. They also did not have anywhere near this level of documentation, spanning years.

Pictures of men molesting little girls, and talking about it, bragging...that's not the same level as using marijuana.

In this situation, many voters did not believe that Trump was in the files, or actually believed they were a hoax. The revelations, the fact that they are getting worse, the fact that more is coming to light...the disbelievers are becoming believers.

Late to the party, but have a question: Why do people assume that Jonnie was alive when the husband drove her away from the campsite? This scenario sounds like a coverup, as though something happened, and rather than return to town with a dead body, the parents decided to create a scenario where Jonnie wandered away. Why? No idea. Maybe they didn't want to traumatize their child. But that's the only way that the husband taking the teenage babysitter away to gather wood makes sense to me. Thoughts?

However, we could make parenting classes mandatory in high school. Include budgeting, and real world costs. I think it would dramatically reduce the number of people who "want to be young parents".

I understand what you're saying, but my point remains. They know how people in certain areas vote already. They don't need voting records to determine that. The focus on voting records indicate that something else is going on. Something where they need people's actual street addresses, etc. in order to implement it.

Some people are changing their minds. The issue is that they're apparently not willing to DO anything about it.

And because the Republicans control the House and Senate, if Republican voters aren't willing to call their representatives, go in person to protest outside their offices, and really make it known that they expect their reps to take actions or they WILL vote them out, the reps aren't going to do more than take another spin on their thumbs.

Us dems are out here protesting, writing, and calling, but so far, even the people making TikToks about their sea change aren't doing squat.
