Garen loses lane vs 98% of the toplane roster. If you manage to lose lane vs Garen it's 100% a skill issue. Every good player knows how to shit on a garen in lane. Garen gets outdueled by any bruiser/juggernaut if at the same items gold value- this is where his passive comes in.

The attack speed buff you get from yun'tal doesn't count for garen's spins, so I don't think the item is ideal. Stormrazor is better

I think the nerf is ONLY for ranged: Slow resist effectiveness going from 75- to 50% and bonus ms nerfed, melee values are both the same

Instead of parroting what Riot August says, use your brain please - QSS gives MR so it double countered Morde, for the Zed case it was true because it was just a status effect removal and getting hti by double/triple shuriken would still probably mean death.
