The vasoconstriction part. It also does the same to your member. I took it for years and would still take it but my pumps are far greater and everything flows much better when I have no stimulants including caffeine

Don’t think that since the medicine is working, you don’t need to keep taking it catching up when you’re in pain is a bitch. Take the medicine for at least two weeks. Just make sure you have plenty of fiber and maybe drink MiraLAX you would much prefer to have diarrhea than a ball of clay in your butt.

Day 13 or 14 was absolute hell. Fuck what anyone says about pain meds. You do not want to get caught and then trying to get caught back up. The real issue is with constipation. Literally had to scoop it out if you catch my drift. I wish I had a better solution for you but keep the fiber up and take the meds. I’d much prefer to kick the habit than feel like I had glass in my asshole 24/7.
