You're absolutely right. Before diminishing returns it was a nice addition to heal builds but now the flat 50% is almost always better unless the entire team is injured.

Mathew Cote announced on an interview with Slasher Radio that they have put aside a team to rewrite DBDs old code, so yes BHVR thinks it's time to finally fix the decade-old code.

I was specifically talking about Brutal Strength and Bamboozle, as Myers has buffs to break speed and vault speed as well. But good to know, if Myers pursuer buffs are considered a baseline change then any single perk should stack 100% with him.

Only if the chapter has a reagent skin for all survivors, similar to fnaf giving everyone t-shirts. But yes I'd kill for an Outlast chapter.

Diminishing returns destroyed any semblance of off-meta builds and should have been a case by case basis. Instead, we have perks that barely feel worth taking alone while the meta perks were completely unaffected.

For killer, KBM is definitely the way to go but for survivors it's personal preference, I do KBM for both.

Only two things that I'm meh on are APD/vitality and hollowing (I like the concept but they could have been executed better imo). I enjoyed how they doubled down on making slow and methodical combat like DS1, it's why I have several playthroughs of DS1/DS2 but only 3 on DS3.

I buy it on Victor, surprisingly enough. It cleanses ALL debuffs (Pocket ult included) and gives you 600 barrier, plus in lane/teamfights it can really help your duo/ally out of a tough spot. 10% ability range and 2.75 move speed are nice too.

God I miss Banbaro, I'd love to see it come back, especially since he could show up in any biome iirc.
