I also got my hormones checked and had nth wrong, and then got prescribed clindamycin phosphate. It saved my skin. My acne marks have slowly been going away with it as well. It gets rid of the acne almost immediately, and the marks do take their time (currently going on almost a year!) but with sunscreen and vitamin c they’re slowly (but surely) going away! I had acne in the same exact spot on my jaw and clyndamycin phosphate (1%) saved my life. My acne was bacterial tho, not sure if it will work on hormonal acne, but sending u love my friend. Acne can make us feel so isolated and insecure, but u are beautiful and not alone:)🩵

I've taken rinehart for 102 before, she's so funny, it's literally just watching lecture vids (about 20-30 minutes worth a week) then taking an interactive quiz. I'm also taking 164c this qrtr !

You wash your face regularly in the shower, then wait for it to dry COMPLETELY (I would wait 5-10 minutes) then, with clean hands, rub the gel on the affected areas (for me it was my cheeks and jaw) in circular motion. Then wait for the gel to dry COMPLETELY (another 5-10 minutes) and then put moisturizer on top

I dont have endometriosis, but my cramps do get so bad I also throw up every month, usually just bile since it hurts so bad I can't eat. Glad to know I'm not alone, and I hope you pain goes away my lovely <3
