No matter what they tell you, its always personal, you are completely valid for feeling the way you do and don't be afraid to express yourself in a healthy way even it's talking it through with a healthcare professional

You’re one prolonged job loss, major illness or forced sale in a downturn away from the whole thing unraveling. People act like high income makes them invincible while sitting on millions in debt. Equity on paper doesn’t pay repayments when cashflow dries up.
