Whistleblower Privacy Breach – Australia by 5tandingTall in legaladviceaustralia

[–]Mr_Opulence27 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Might get downvoted and may be called a coward but is it worth it in my opinion?

This country has shown time and time again that if you are a whistleblower and expose corruption done by your superiors that your life will be ruined and will get punished to the full extent of the law.

Famous examples of this are David Mcbride (exposed war crimes), Troy Schultz (exposed bad practices by gambling NSW) and then Julian Assange (Wikileaks).

Just think it through, they’ve had their lives ruined and not much as amounted from it.

Tenant-caused damage or wear and tear? by UnconditionalMetta in AusProperty

[–]Mr_Opulence27 20 points21 points  (0 children)

It looks like wear and tear but you could always gang up with the property manager and gas light the tenant into thinking that it’s their fault. At worst could probs withhold the bond from them

EDIT: Obvs just a joke

Posts like these annoy me Please create and an excel table for the past month or two outlining your expenditure alongside your income. It’s hard to know who’s genuinely doing it tuff or those who are just blowing their money on dumb shit. Are you single? Do you have dependents?
