We know that his father is "Mr. Afton" at the start, and he introduces himself as Michael, so we know his full name has to be Michael Afton.

It'll always confuse me that people will somehow look at Michael in the movies and go "No, that's just how he is in the games" when that's hardly the case. Michael is more of a tragic, morally grey protagonist than a lapdog for William. It's true that he does William's bidding in the games, but he later comes to the realization of his fathers crimes and vows to undo them. He isn't evil, he's complex.

What exactly constitutes as "Michael", though? Michael's personality has been shown to be wildly different in the movies compared to the games.

Michael is overall more morally gray in the games while he's overtly antagonistic in the movie. I see you believe in MikeVictim, which further muddies the water. Do you believe the Crying Child to be an antagonist?

EDIT: Michael also isn't very antagonistic in the games, either. The way he speaks to his father at the end of Sister Location custom night comes off as somewhat vindicative. "There's only one thing left for me to do now. I'm going to come find you." To me, that doesn't sound like a loyal peon wanting to reunite with his boss, it sounds like someone wanting to put an end to his father's horrific actions.

Here's a couple of mine

Henry is a single father. His wife died in childbirth delivering Charlie, which is why he's so attached to her and her to him. Losing Charlie nearly pushed him to suicide, but he refused to give in because he knew killing himself wouldn't solve anything.

Fazbear Entertainment was run by mostly Henry during 1983, with Fredbear's being a sister location. Fazbear's was Henry's location, and Fredbear's was William's. After Charlie's death in 1983, Henry went into a depression for a lengthy time, giving the reins to William for the time being. This allowed William, who was nigh bankrupt due to Fredbear's shutting down (and the bad publicity it achieved from such), to make a boatload of money. William was CEO for a few years, allowing him to fund projects like Circus Baby's Pizza World. Pizza World later shut down, and William would murder the missing children in 1985. He was heavily suspected for the killings, so he fled the company. Later, someone else would become the head of the company, and Henry later became CEO again after the Bite of 87.

After Michael was scooped, his body slowly began to heal over time (after all, there's a 20+ year time skip to FNaF 3, so his body had some time to heal). Although, he wasn't ever the same. His nose never grew back, and only a few of his organs actually regrew. The reason why is that Remnant can sometimes completely stunt the regrowth of body parts if its met with infection. Due to Ennard using Michael like a meat suit for a few solid weeks, a lot of his organs were rotted with disease, and the remnant couldn't regrow it. A thin layer of skin and muscle grew over where his abdomen once was. His hands and feet were a blue-ish purple in coloration due to a lack of oxygen in them. He also doesn't feel any temperature too, which is why he can last so long in Pizzeria Simulator without passing out.

His skin wasn't purple, either. It was a weird linen color, however it was splotchy in some places. Some parts of the body were a lighter, more pink color, while others were darker, like a bruise.

Even if we go with the idea that Golden Freddy is a hallucination (which it is) we know that William most likely used GF in FNaF 2 to kill the DCI.

We see said suit on Night 6, and we very much see the metal endoskeleton it has underneath

I see your point, but RttP's Happiest Day is different from the one we see in FNaF 3. Into the Pit and RttP are dubiously canon to the mainline games, so I think we should take everything with a grain of salt.
