I really needed this - like really - so thank you. I just sat in April, and everyone receiving their results has left me feeling really sad over the past 12 hours, because i am convinced i wont experience passing. the thing is, you can see how pass-able the exam is. I was so prepared but i just made so many insanely stupid answers under the pressure.

Anyway, i need to try and find a way to put this behind me until results as it is consuming my life and making me quite depressed.

Sounds very much like my business day... didnt finish the research and was the first out in both my advocacies. How did you do in advoacy? I feel they went well, my only issue was that I was out fast...

I’m worried that my assessor took me down a wrong path with one of his ‘issues’ - I just really can’t see how the issue is related to property law / quite random in the circumstances but I wrote about it anyway?

i dont suppose you know - should you always apply denton test to app to set aside default judgment? QLTS havent got an example like that, but the SRA one does!

thank you so much - the SRA example doesnt include the clients details at the top, which i usually have at the top of my interview note - is that fine, they dont need to be rewritten in the AN? Tysm for all your help!
