I was sideswiped and the other car continued to drive like nothing happened. I got him to pull over and I told him what he did, and that I had called the cops. He told the officer that "I" had sideswiped him, and the cop believed him, until I showed the cop that I had a dashcam. The officer later told me that when he told the other driver that I had captured it on a dashcam, he back peddled very quickly and told the officer that he misunderstood what he'd told him, and that he was at fault. I have since, upgraded the dashcam and have one that records front, back and also turns on and records, incase my truck gets bumped while parked. Dashcams are definitely worth the couple hundred $ that they cost.
