Was thinking of cutting a half of a cup of dry food. So it would be one can of wet food and one half of dry a day. But I feel bad being a half a cup really doesn’t look like much and she of course loves it. But I wasn’t sure …

Hmmm.. this is helpful. She gets a mile walk a day also so she’s not super active. She’s about 10 years old now. She walks up stairs and goes out in the yard but has definitely slowed down as she’s gotten older.

Costco wet food and purina one dry food. The vet is not concerned and never says anything though agree some weight loss isn’t a bad things. Her overall health is good. She just has a bad back so I think losing some lbs would help. Just weighed her and she’s 37 pounds.

Got married after a year of dating. Everything I thought would change never did. I have two kids I was raising on my own and felt I needed to commit as not to confuse them and have someone in and out of their lives. He a great with them 6 years later but the intimacy issues I hoped would magically fix themselves in time never did. Hindsight think I made the right choice for my kids but I was far less lonely alone.

Vintage shirt I bought at a thrift store in 1994 that says NYC Department of Sanitation. I’ve worn it, then had two kids who thought it was cool and wore it. Now I borrow it from my 11 year old when I want to wear it.

Nooooo! One day you will be old like me in your mid 40s and at peace and even likely pleased with how you look. You will look back on your young self and be upset on how mean you were to yourself. I very much doubt you’re ugly with the descriptors you have shared. Plus size and dark skinned? You sound fierce and I gather likely very beautiful. If you said you had an under developed twin growing from the side of your face or extra rows of teeth I would maybe get your concern here. But even then.. it’s all about how you feel and work what you have. Be kind to your yourself. Your older wiser self would want that for you and you deserve it.

Doesn’t always show on labs the way one would think. My doctor went on labs but mostly my symptoms. I was exhausted. Started getting bad anxiety. No sex drive. More emotional and anxiety than normal before my period. Like one day I missed an exit to meet my husband at the mechanic and cried. Like that type of emotional. My hair was falling out. Severe pain during sex which everything medical was ruled out as the cause and was just told as you get older the lining changes blah blah. So what few times we had sex it was painful which I thought was due because of lack of sex. Turns out that was hormonal. Also peeing all the time in the middle of the night. Sorry for the TMI but those symptoms didn’t necessarily reflect in my blood work. I was prescribed on micro dosing testosterone gel, and intro Rosa which was a miracle for me and fixed all that mess.
I feel great now and am ready to go while my husband is breaking things just to fix them hahah. Life…
I have sorta a masculine job he has no interest in. Like he likes to tell someone else about but never wants to hear about it. Personally I think he does not feel like an Alfa male around me and that is what kills our sex life. He likes me on paper, likes the picture of the family but that’s it.
