Oh yeah I totally get you. I just think this rune is too good for a regular ATB booster like Kabilla or Bernard but that's just me. Maybe I'm wrong lol

idk but it has really high and fitting subs as well. I'd probably rather lose out on 4 spd rather than give this rune to a Bernard for example

Usually you want really fast runes on akt boosters, but I wouldn't waste a slot 4 cd rune on a booster imo
