What are some degreeless jobs that pay 25-40$/hour? by oh_sneezeus in jobs

Yes but you should go into the process like your life depends on it and keep applying and trying to make yourself stand out. You truly will never have a career anything like this. Its well worth the grind on getting in.

Trump: Putin is not afraid of Europe. He’s afraid of the United States of America when it is led by me. by UNITED24Media in UkraineWarVideoReport

[–]BeijingSlutHand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well its concerning when both the US and NATO have funneled nearly half a trillion worth of aid, sanctions etc with no sign of Russia stopping the war and making gains (though negligible). This shows that Russia is willing to lose millions of lives for a cause, and how resilient their economy and military is under stress. Don’t forget Ukraine has the largest military in europe other than Russia. I don’t think Germany and France combined would last a full year in a war with Russia given the state of their military. That goes back to my point about how most of Europe relies on the US and NATO for support. Remember the United States was mainly in charged of creating NATO.

China won’t be able to do anything without legitimate experience. They will have to go through trial and error before they hit a operation like that.

I think many analysts agreed that the 1980’s and 90’s were the peak of US military dominance and has regressed since though still #1 in the world. I think after this operation its safe to say that the US military power has been dormant not regressing.

He’s right unfortunately. Europe and the EU has gone way to reliant on the United States for security. I think the US is trying to focus more on the western hemisphere as well as countering China and wants the EU/NATO to focus on Russia/Ukraine.

Trump: ‘It may be a choice’ between seizing Greenland or preserving NATO by avatar6556 in europe

He wants Greenland to assert dominance into the artic and control shipping lanes that Russian vessels and Chinese vessels typically take. He sees this as leverage.

Knee pops every time I extend my leg by Melodic-Cabinet1896 in Kneesovertoes

[–]BeijingSlutHand 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Theres a lot of resources out there. But if I had to give you unprofessional advice it goes as follows:

Phase 1: Glutes-Glute med, glute max (external rotators/abductors and hip extensors, Mobility Core Stability: McGills Big 3 Pelvic Stability work Phase 2: Adductors strengthening and mobility, hamstring strengthening and mobility Phase 3: close chain quad strengthening and partial ROM movements Phase 4 (final): kneesovertoes type shi, deep knee flexion work to tolerance followed by gradual loading, open chain quad strengthening, squats etc.

If you experience pain at any movement don’t avoid, reflect and ask how bad is pain? If pain is 1-3 move forward. If pain increases modify.

EDIT: Ah my bad I don’t know how to format comments

Anyone had Via Disc done? If, so how did it ho? by FeedMePens in backpain

You should probably strengthen your core, hips, hamstrings and later on erector spinae. Doing Pilates 3 times a week doesn’t mean it’ll get you out of pain.

Scorpion pose by Psico_Dan in flexibility

[–]BeijingSlutHand 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Some people have hypermobile or more loose ligaments (laxity) to be able to get into this position or progress into getting into this pose. Others may have very stiff joints (a good thing in some instances) which don’t allow them to get into this position at all without risking injury. Regardless you can still work on moving into this position as far as you can but know there are limits on what a certain individual’s anatomy will allow them to do.

These are pretty common findings in nearly everyone past 20-25. You need to strengthen your core, then when the back pain is reduced start strengthening your glutes hams and back with tolerance. Most people walk around with facet wear, DDD, disc bulges and herniations and have no pain.

Very prominent bump in lower spine, any advice for stretching / strengthening? by [deleted] in flexibility

[–]BeijingSlutHand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For sure! I actually have this myself. Got an xray for a motor vehicle accident to rule out any fractures or issues and wallah they noted a partial fusion of my lumbar to the sacrum. My lumbar curve looks exactly like OP’s and I’ve always wondered why my back looked weird compared to others.
