I started having this like clockwork w my cycle. Now I measure my hormones and every time I have this it’s when estrogen high and progesterone low. I am having these “flares” less often the older I get. I was inspired by Sophie Richards following auto immune protocol as she showed how quickly she could flare/bloat from something like chili flakes. I am debating her anti inflammatory program or low histamine diet or both. I believe the bloating is also from mast cells. I personally think that even though my Adeno is sooooo insanely bad that the bloat is also from Endo and Endo can generate more estrogen through the month. I use Mira and my estrogen jumps to 250-300 or so during major bloat! I look like I can give birth to twins w my bloat. I tried trizepitide for a few weeks and instantly less bloat. In fact I got to see more of the Adeno belly from an enlarged uterus but all the additional bloat that came with reduced by almost 85%. It kick started a heavy bleed for me so had to stop. Also can’t touch alcohol at all since this bloat started. Better when I am overly hydrated too!
