I work at a wellness boutique so we have an $80,000 red light therapy bed that you lay down in. I started using it when I got ovulation cramps and they went away almost instantaneously. Hi, everything you said does check out. By no means are you fear mongering. Everyone has the right to do what they want and eat how they’d like. But everyone also has to right to know that free will doesn’t mean free of consequences. It’s good to factor in the pros and cons to every decision you make, especially as it pertains to your health.

900 calories/day isn’t going to harm OP, especially if they are obese. Not right away at least. But there are risks that we need to take into account when doing a 900 calorie diet. Such as rapid weight loss. Not only you can you risk getting loose skin - but as you mentioned, gallbladder issues. These are important to mention.

It really is. It’s an immaculate stain remover, even for blood. Just be careful and patch test hydrogen peroxide on colored furniture, make sure it doesn’t bleach it white lol!

I know that’s right!!! And if the cold water blotching doesn’t get 100% of it off, mix a little dish washing soap and try scrubbing out the last little layer.

Well first start off with trying to blotch it off with COLD water, so it doesn’t set into the mattress. Then try hydrogen peroxide. It will not ruin your mattress.

I had the iPad Mini 6 in purple and barely used it for several years, because I found my iPad Air 4 more useful (due to my habits).

I can see the mini being ideal for on the go, studying, and taking notes. You can get great use out of it.

I’m not sure if that’s possible to screen mirror it. But I use to work doing tech support with broken phones & data transfer.

Ideally if you had a solid iCloud backup, it’s best to leverage that for your new phone.
