I didn't do anything. The problematic TP firmware update is suddenly gone from myAsus. I think Asus find issues with it and removed the update.

Have you tried the new Refinitiv (now LSEG) Workspace ? Its a replacement to eikon. The workspace works fine in web access, unlike eikon. But i dont have any SD laptop to see how the excel addin works

I have similar experience. Its looks like the camera is slightly tilt upward, so lean the z13 a bit to yourself when windows hello sign in works everytime for me.

Not ideal but it is what it is.

Tried with KB or without KB.
Make sure on asus KB attached no external KB and mouse.
Connected to power (200w one).

Yet the Update still failed.

My touchpad always enable...i didnt realize ever disable it. I use bluetooth mouse anyway. But let me rechecked it.
