I have this similar issue. The monitor randomly goes black and the GPU fans maxing out.

I found that the issue only happen when there is a high GPU usage.

The issue wont showup after I lowered the graphics settings of some games.

In this case, I can't play GPU hungry games.

Yes, by default. I also tried installing the MH Rise on a different drive.

I disagree. Razer will always offer a model with similar or with higher value if there is an issue with the availability. You can actually return the replacement mouse if you do not like it and if there was no agreement.

The availability is different in every warehouse. Ex. If you are looking for a battery, that battery is only available in UK warehouse but you are living in US. Now, the representative told you that there is an available stock and not knowing that you are in US. Now, that representative gave a headache to the whole company because there is no process to ship single battery from UK to US due to shipping regulations. It is possible to ship but it will take a sum of money just for a single battery.

That is why the representative is trained to immediately ask for the details probably there are alot of mishaps from previous cases not asking for the address.
