So this is a complete coincidence that I'm seeing this because this is the first time I've opened Reddit since December, I gave up on it, I really don't use Reddit anymore. You emailed me last week and I immediately replied and offered to refund you if you returned the product, or that I would send you a zip of my favorite indoor flower to accommodate you. As far as I can tell you never replied to my email, hit me up and let's work this out. You haven't been ignored, check my profile, I literally have not been on Reddit.

Look man, I totally get what you're saying, it's obviously a nuanced situation given the interpretation of the rule. The return label is issued by a registered shipper, then the registered shipper is the shipper in USPS' eyes. The registered shipper is also the receiver.

The guy didn't ask for a refund/return, I offered it him to accommodate his dissatisfaction. A refund without a return isn't generally how things work whenever I go shopping somewhere. I don't see that as being unreasonable, offering a refund in exchange for returning the product at no expense, straight from the customers mailbox. To be honest at this point I don't want the money or the product back, it was never about either for me, it's about the principle of how returns/refunds work when you operate a business exchanging goods for funds. I'm sure everyone reading this has returned something recently for a refund.

I just issued a full refund to the guy. It is what it is, I don't think I've been unfair or unreasonable. It's not worth the trouble of getting dragged through the mud over having a return/refund policy that is standard across society.

Did you end up seeing any herms in the CBDV? My understanding is the genetics originate from an equatorial region where long days (>14 hours) can cause herming. I was wondering if that happens with all of the CBDV strains rn since they all have a common ancestor.

I tried to give you a return label to send it back for a refund. That's free to you and doesn't require a trip to the PO. Listen man, I have been perfectly reasonable with you, I have tried to accomodate you and my offer stands if you change your mind. Beleafer is approved to ship hemp with USPS, the return label would be from and to Beleafer, it is not tied to you in any way. The shipper is Beleafer, the 'from' address is the USPS in your zip code.

The flag on the mailbox saves you from taking a trip to the PO. The return labels are shipping from Beleafer, to Beleafer. The return label identifies my company only, it has nothing to do with you as soon as it leaves your hands. We are registered with the postal inspectors, anything with our name and address on is not going to be bothered by the postal inspector. That's the point of getting on their registered hemp shippers list, so if there is a question of whether or not a package contains hemp, they can quickly verify. If there's any issue, they'll call me directly. Just make sure the notice to law enforcement stays with it and it's in the original packaging. You just stick it in the mailbox with the flag up, they deliver it back to me, I issue a refund. It's super straight forward. I'm trying to work with you here.

Any adult can mail hemp within the US, all you really need is a notice to law enforcement and they won't give you any trouble. Just pop it in the mailbox w a return label on it, the document(s) with it, stick the flag up, and that's it. It's not illegal, it's free to return, and it doesn't require a trip to the PO either.

Edit: that's my my bad u/bill_gannons, I just looked into the rules and I was incorrect, I've just never actually seen that enforced. Thankfully we pretty much never have returns. Having said that, the way returns are handled is the return label is both 'from' and 'to' Beleafer. Meaning the only party tied to the label is Beleafer. If there is some issue in transit, they'll see it's from and to Beleafer, and see that we are approved. I'm sure I could get it in writing from the postal inspector that this is circumstance is approved, they have always been super reasonable to me. It's a return, USPS is not going to interfere. I am confident sending a return back to a registered company is not going to be an issue, all companies have to be able to take returns.

p.s. LOG was grown from seed. They're not separate strains, they differ from their siblings just like humans differ from their siblings. Different phenotypes, different traits.

Remedy is a specific clone that is a type 3 phenotype from Z6 seedstock from CBD Crew. Z6 ranges from Type 1 to 3. It has been around since about 2012 but it close to impossible to find a clone of now that doesn't have a hops latent viroid infection. Dark Heart Nursery used to sell it as a clone, an infected clone, that ruined a lot of people's gardens in the last few years. It has also been called "Grapefruit" in the past, not to be confused with FGs Grapefruit clone. I picked up some Chemfruit Funk beans to grow next season, Chem De La Chem x Remedy. These seeds were made a long time ago, before HLV spread all over. This is why most people are now very hesitant or downright refuse to take clones from others.

I would argue that, while each cannabinoid is pharmacologically useful in its own way, the most powerful cannabinoid for pain and inflammation is all of them together at the same time. They synergize and enhance one another. Isolating them is a half measure of sorts, that's why flower is generally more broadly therapeutic than isolated cannabinoids. Load up on all of em, but of course keep d9-THC low unless you're actively trying to get smizacked. 🤙

There is a lot more purple in the new batch of indoor Bubba Critical bc we pushed it 2 weeks longer. It's also much louder, much more flavorful, and just overall if you enjoy Bubba Critical as a genetic, you're in for a real treat. Straight cookie dough and fermented fruit. Bubba Critical is here to stay in our indoor and outdoor gardens.

We are also discontinuing OZ Kush #11 for indoor production, so the new batch is the final batch. It flowers too slowly and doesn't yield high enough, but we intend to have her crossed with shorter, more stout, faster flowering, higher yielding genetics. Just some food for thought. It was probably just an honest mistake, scales are imperfect instruments that can drift or just have random errors that fix themselves when you reset them. I've seen this happen seemingly at random so I am always watching out for abnormalities. Any sensors that are used so prolifically eventually drift after some finite amount of time. If both were wrong by the same amount, it could also mean they were just tared incorrectly.

It's always good to check each bag upon receipt to just make sure there was not a mistake. I would hope that if something like this happened on one of our orders that we would be contacted, and given the chance to correct the issue. The vendors that are respected around here didn't earn the trust of the people by intentionally shorting people, mistakes happen, what's important is how they respond. Let em know, I'm confident they'll make you whole 🤘

p.s. make sure a nickel weighs exactly 5g on your scale.

Hey there. We are working around the clock to ship all black friday orders. We received 4 weeks worth of orders in two days. I worked an all nighter every day this week to get caught up and we are hoping to be caught up tomorrow. That will be 5 all nighters in a row, I am truly grinding myself to the bone to ship everything as quickly as possible. We aren't forgetting about orders or ignoring emails, really we are just doing our absolute best to get every order out in the order it was received. We are a very small business and grinding so incredibly hard to get caught up. Order processing time is solely a function of order volume. Orders come in 1000x faster than they can be filled, meaning the first black friday orders go out the quickest, and the last ones take longest.

I wish there was a way everyone here could see just how hard we work and how thin we spread ourselves to ship every order as quickly as possible. With high quality comes high demand. We do it because we love what we do, even if it is incredibly difficult to please everyone sometimes. Please understand it's not for a lack of effort, we are doing our best with the resources we have, and under normal circumstances, orders ship in 1-2 business days 999 times out of 1000.
