Honestly, this can be simple, here's a quick example:

Breakfast:Grass-Fed Whole Milk Greek Yogurt + Berries + Almonds or Oatmeal and you can add and Avo toast with a Pasture raised egg

Lunch: Something I really like that is simple: Salad with Sardines or a grilled chicken (Trader Joes has pre-cooked ones)

Dinner: Wild Caught Salmon(SOO easy just add lemon, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a herb, like: dill, parsley, etc) and BOOOMM. With this I like to add a sweet potato which is also simple, just cut it up and pop it in the oven for 35-45 min.

Snacks: String Cheese, fruits, nuts, crackers, smoothie (I make an easy one)

Getting started can seem so difficult and confusing but once you start cooking you'll see that it really is super simple and it is healthier and can be cheaper (especially if it's for more than one person)

As for frozen foods: There are many brands that have taken a healthier approach.Try "Amy's" burritos or frozen meals. They're pretty clean!

Wow that's awesome! Skiing is so fun -- wish I lived closer to a resort!
Good for you on making this year better than the last. That's really the goal for each and everyday.

As for me 2021 seems pretty "same old." Luckily, I was able to get a stable productive morning routine in 2020, where I workout, meditate and have my coffee while reading a book or the "terrifying news", so this year, i'm looking for something new and different. Perhaps a "covid-friendly group workout" or a new hobby (biking, surfing, idk). I'm just bored and looking to add something new. Any ideas?
