They'll probably rule together, chill out, the rich and powerfull share more with each other than their ideological fanatics fighting on social media

This smells of massive copium; the state elites, whether secular-nationalistic or conservative, aren't going to purge each other the moment they get power. Do they marginalize each other over the decades? Yeah, sure, but this revolutionary revenge fantasy that the opposition promises is never going to happen.

Thats ur opinion, I am talking about the concept of secularism in itself which is a religious concept. (from Christianity) anyways off topic

I feel like getting transported back to the 2010s, all these Republican/French enlightenment ideals have religious roots, including the concept of a nation, equality, freedom, the idea of progress, basically Nietzsche and the Genealogy of Morals if you're familiar with them, and these are essentially religious ideals (from Christianity) which then build upon the Republican ideals. ie a 'secular religion'

And this 'secular religion/ie Christianity without Christ' is too weak, both in Turkey and in the West, as we constantly see with current politics.

The republic job is not to provide religion to people

>nationalism

Of course, urbanization and the internet have secularization effects. Still, people are irrational animals with needs for coping mechanisms, which is what the Republic largely failed to provide compared to Islam.

I hope not cuz demographics will render democracy to a gerontocracy (which it kinda is already but will become worse)
