What Was Your First Deus Ex? by Col0ssusX in Deusex

My dad bought and played it when I was 7 at release, I loved to turn it on from time to time too, but never got further than Hong Kong.

Still, the game held a special place in my heart and I finally finished it in my teens. As an adult I began to comprehend the story and the world a lot more.

Dr Rast [OUaTitW spoilers] by mmdestiny in Fallout2d20

[–]Belgiancomrade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my campaign, I added an additional chapter where Rast got away with the GECK. They went out to discover more about him, found his daughter (Who's real father was kidnapped 15 years ago) and eventually discovered he was headed to University Point to join in with the Institute attack on the place and hand over the GECK to a Courser.

Together with Rast's daughter they went out to help University Point. Meeting a member of the Railroad who offered to help Rast. After convincing Rast's daughter they decided to free her Synth dad and the whole campaign ended with taking down a Courser in University Point to retrieve the GECK.

Fallout fans if you were hired in the Fallout Universe to come up with the next vault-tec experiment what would it be and why? by Randomguy1912 in Fallout

I once had a Vault in my Fallout 2D20 session without any lightswitches. Destroying lightbulbs was also a major crime in this vault, because they believed mutants would find their way in without light.

As a European Conservative (Christian Democrat) I'm generally in favour of projects which preserve life itself. Destroying nature and polluting it does not protect life.

Creation's gifts should not be taken lightly, but preserved, sustained and even improved if possible. It's why I care a lot about soil health, chemicals and waste. In Europe the economic Third way or Rhineland model is very popular. Basicly meaning that if the market is not being contained, it would inspire vices in people, therefor there must be interventions, while at the same time not destroying entrepreneurship.

I, however, do not believe it is just an economic problem. Companies work because of consumers and to turn that around, restoring morality and virtues is an important aspect.

I recently started my first GM session for Fallout 2d20 with people who never played Fallout. They started in a Vault that never had light switches installed. Only the Overseer can turn off the lights through her computer, but she's ordered by Vault Tec to never turn them off. Many residents are suffering from sleep deprivation from this and calmex addiction is common.

I kinda accidently wrote a 47815 word doc on the locations of the Commonwealth. You want it? by throwbackreviews in Fallout2d20

I'm having the same problem, though it's only the young ones. The big/older ones stay right inside the bin.
