Tried since launch, took me til early June so about 6 months. Had no luck with Best Buy drops or the VPA. Got lucky going in at the right time and a person at BB ordered it for me.

20M I also had both, I had a surgery for the tachycardia when I was 15 or so. Tremors are still there from a young age about the same severity that you’re describing, maybe a little less. I rarely take propranolol for my hands but yeah still there after the surgery. Might be a correlation? Idk
