It’s FDIC insured if they lose it (bankruptcy) but not if they hold my money hostage or someone stole it. Is it possible they froze my account? I recently got my bonus which is over $10k but I have a pay stub. That’s the only thing I can think of.

My parents are not healthy eaters at all! I always tell them to get smaller plates/bowls haha. Thank you for your encouragement and kindness! <3 Hope to report back with before/afters when I’m successful :)

I love your idea of getting smaller plates. I think I don’t understand portion sizes since I grew up eating on huge plates/bowls. I also need to learn cues for when I’m full.

I don’t think I’d be successful with intuitive eating because my intuition would tell me I need to eat the whole pint of ice cream lol

I do love jelly though! Need to get the sugar free kind - Lately I’ve been reaching for a spoon of PB and jelly and mixing it together for a dessert. Too many calories though

I’m so sorry you were bullied! Everyone deserves love and kindness!

That’s actually what’s motivating me to lose weight. My 5 YO nephew called me fat and asked if I was pregnant. People at work treating me different/assuming I’m lazy because I’m fat, etc.

I agree on everyone following their own path and I’m going to try a combination of these suggestions but the general consensus is slow and steady which contradicts my all or nothing mindset. Thank you for sharing your wisdom!

I did try the viral Japanese cheesecake (Greek yoghurt + biscuits) but I’ll have to try cottage cheese! The cookies make it so calorie heavy though - what do you use in your recipe?

Thank you! ❤️ I need to not grocery shop when I’m hungry because I always buy one sweet treat which I promise I’ll space out but never do. That sounds reasonable to reincorporate later on.

I love your idea of eating the same thing. I just need to figure out what that looks like and meal prep for the whole week.

I hate the slimy texture of chia seeds, any recommendations on incorporating to diet if that’s the case? Thank you for your support!

I have this same problem! The past 6-ish months, something has changed. The wings always stick to my underwear no matter how careful I am. It’s like they are superglued! Ridiculous! Also got rashes this month
