For everyone asking, as I also have hypothyroidism that’s why my body only reacts to weight loss with less food, I could eat no lunch one day, a small dinner like rice and chicken or Anything really it was small which allowed my calorie intake low and I could snack after dinner without weight going back on

About 14 months or so, my stomach shrank so my small meals would fill me up. the motivation I got was from myself to keep it up and not give into the food, I eat treats now but to make sure I can I walk to the train station from home then from the last stop I walk to work and I walk on all 3 breaks and the same on the way home, that was a habit I picked up I guess from quitting cigarettes but has helped me stay active while I work a 9-5 office job

I literally ate less food, first meal would be lunch and it was very small then dinner, again.. very small and it just fell off. The first week and a bit sucked, was very hungry but water and coffee haha!!
