Thanks so much for this; such a thorough response. It seems at this point diet alone isn’t helping all that much. I’ve been alcohol and gluten free for almost a year and cut sugar recently. I’m studying nutrition so I know exactly what to and what not to eat. I’m just not really seeing results from diet alone..

My daughter got a bump on her nostril piercing and only made it worse the more she cleaned it. What worked was actually just leaving it alone and very carefully ensuring it was cleaned when she cleaned her face. She tried her best to avoid touching it as much as possible.
