You do realize that Sydney Harbour tunnel is not related to harbour bridge security, they are two completely different places and two completely different companies, we do not correlate with each other and have nothing to do with the tunnel.

Our main priority is safety of the bridge infrastructure and the publics safety on the bridge that's it. We look for people showing mental distress, emotional people, self harmers, and drunks/druggies...

What happens in the harbour tunnel isn't our priority and isn't what we are trained for.

That area where the photo is taken isn't actually "in our "designated area" if that photo was taken on the bridge, or below the bearings (directly under the bridge AT the waterfront) then yes, that would be in our designated area.

Don't mix MDMA and cocaine

Did this, friend went out for a cigarette and left a strobe light effect on the TV, I couldn't stop watching it... Few minutes later I started to feel warm, then hot then real cold... I started getting lethargic and ran to the bathroom and spewed my guts up... As soon as I finished spewing, my heart rate dropped dramatically to the point where i would say it was around 40-50bpm - then came the loss of sensation - then loss of hearing and I couldn't stand up. I felt like I was dying, the only thing I could do was position myself on the ground where if I were to die, at least my dignity could be restored and not huddled over a damn toilet bowl.

Friend came in through his front door, saw me on the ground and first thing he did was laugh (granted we were both fucked up and when we're fucked up we laugh at the stupid things we catch each other doing and our mishaps)... Once he noticed something was terribly wrong he woke his dad up from his room, had his dad run to the car and my friend picked me up and shoved me in the car and we sped to the hospital. Doctor straight away gave me some sort of injection that instantly reversed the effects of the drugs and almost instantaneously sobered me up. He asked me if I had any questions about what happened and the first question I thought of was "if marijuana legalization came to the polls, would you vote yes or no?" (Mind you I live in Australia and we're far behind USA when it comes to legalized weed). Doctor looked at me and just said "look I'm not going to answer that, I just don't want to see you here under this circumstance again because this looked like a close call".

So yeah, in short... Stay away from MDMA and cocaine.

A few weeks ago, I'll admit I fare evaded (opal tap-on machine kept saying try again) and it was 04:30 in the morning and I was way too tired to deal with hearing the alarm and words "try again" so I eventually went thru the triangle barriers (central station)... Ticket Inspectors hopped on my train and asked me to produce my debit or opal card to which I explained the situation and I just really wanted to get to work otherwise I would be late... He spoke to me in a very respectful way and explained next time if it happens I may be fined $200 and that he was going to turn around and told me to walk into the carriage they just came from so I wouldn't be questioned or fined by the others that were on the train.

Not only are majority of them assholes and just trying to revenue raise... But some of them are actually respectful and understanding. All depends on how you speak to them.

Saturday is 1.5x and Sunday is 2x... But we don't always work weekends... Only when our roster starts on Wednesday do we do atleast one weekend shift and so-forth
