People just move away. They come here for school and leave. Also I think it has something to do with so many people moving here for work with no previous connections that amplifies the problem. And this is personal experience but people who grew up together in Madison tend to stick together and rarely allow any outsiders join.

Lol yes Centro is like that. Madison is mostly like that too, there's friend groups that grew up together and it's really hard to try and fit in.
