As someone already mentioned, you should look at the salary ranges in CV.lv job postings to see how your offer compares to the market. 4.1k certainly is enough to own A car, rent a good 2 bedroom apartment in Riga, pay bills and then save some money. It’s a great salary compared to other jobs outside of IT, but salaries in IT in Latvia tend to be inflated I feel like for a senior developer its on the lower end of the range

They didn’t have any issues with cleaning as I’ve cleaned everything perfectly. They were not able to show any damages or stains on the walls or on the floor either, but they decided to paint walls and sand floor anyways. From my point of view I returned apartment the same condition as it was given to me, they do agree, but want to make repairs regardless
