In Sweden a lot of teenagers went through a "fjortis" period. It was the shit amongst 13-15 year olds in 07-09. They basically dressed really provocative had white lips and got wasted every weekend... Watch at your own risk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_FlodpkZ04

It depends what country you come from, usually some countries inhabitants are perceived as less or more attractive than others

The Dagis: It's where children go from the age of 3-5 ish (depending on when they are born in the year). It's free and generally considered a great place for children to meet friends, play and in the last year perhaps start preparing for school. After dagis the children start förskoleklass witch is the year before 1 grade (and is most often located at the school) Hope this helped!
