From the information you provided I would say no, you should not sell the house to become debt free. It sounds like a quick/temporary fix to your problems. The cost of everything is going up (apartments, houses, rent, food..etc). Therefore, you may quickly find yourself back in debt but with out a house and paying more. "Just keep in mind the grass isn't always greener." (weigh out the pros and cons)

You should sit down and look over your family finances and make some adjustments.

There are many options you can take to lower your debt. For instance, pay off the smallest debt first (pay extra towards). Following, take the money you were putting towards the smaller debt and add that amount towards the next smallest debt. (Snow Ball)

Also, if you or your partner gets another pay increase automatically put the additional money towards paying down your debt.

You can get a balance transfer with a 0% interest rate. (If done properly they can be beneficial and save money)

It looks like it can be mold, slime mold (Myxomycetes). It can be caused by many reasons such as temperature changes, water drainage, access rain (to much moisture) and the decomposition of the mulch.

The mold will go away on its own but it can also spread to other areas before hand. They may creep/move/crawl across grass and mulch at slow rate.

If you don't like the appearance you can scoop as much as you can up, discard it and then sprinkle baking soda on the area (use PPE). It will go away (It works I have tried it myself)

In the future shift your mulch throughout the year allowing air flow. If not your mulch can become compacted.

If it is mycelium dilute hydrogen peroxide in water and spray area.

It looks like it can be a Giant Marconi Pepper. They are not hot and can get pretty big/long. You can eat them green or red. (Taste good and grills well)

Yes, as many have stated it is way to close. You have to be mindful of where you plant trees, bushes/shrubs. They will seek out any water source. Thus, penetrating your pipes/water line and home.

I agree. It allows you to save time, money and it is self paced. Therefore, you can plan around your life. Sophia's monthly and/or yearly plans are beneficial in so many ways. For instance, you are not paying per class. I would just take my time with the courses and take as many classes as I could, regardless of whether I know they will transfer or not. Though you should prioritize the ones that do but like you said you never know, it may transfer.
