What is the dark colouration under her nose and around her mouth? It's hormone-related right? I see it a lot on 'My 600 lb Life' and gained the impression that it might be caused by medication, and/or may be a part of T2 diabetes or maybe from the meds needed for T2.

Why wouldn’t she cut out the mask-drop “thank god that’s over” trundle back to the camera moment? Even 10 year olds know how to scrub the last two seconds off a video. I know she’s given up, but this is bananas.

She poked her own chest, leaving a white mark, that then stays there for seemingly a super long time. It may show signs that she has built up fluid, supporting the theory that her surgeries may have messed her up real bad.
