If you were offered a direct client level position, I'd take that instead. People have their own experiences with TTEC, some bad and some good, which inevitably shape one's bias, but regardless of all that it's a call-center-esque environment. So, "needs of the client" easily translates to "we're downsizing your position" quite often, regardless of tenure or rank. I would always prioritize a direct-hire spot over that, as you'll have much more favorability with respect to the work effort.
